Chloe Hill becomes head of section

Following a strong 2023 season, we are underlining our commitment to our women and
girls’ section with the appointment of Chloe Hill as Head of Women’s and Girls’ Cricket.
This will see the section represented in the club’s governance, forming an integral part of
both the Management and Cricket Committees.

Chloe said, “I'm delighted to be appointed Head of Women’s and Girls’ Cricket at K&DCC.

"Building on the success of 2023, our aim, with the support of the club committee, is to
create a thriving and sustainable women’s and girls’ section, providing as much cricket as
possible for our female members over the coming seasons. I’m very much looking
forward to the winter and the season ahead.”

Ian Maddocks, Club Chair, commented: “We’re thrilled to have Chloe on board to head up
our women’s and girls’ programme. Chloe has coached at the club for the past couple of
years and she’s shown a real passion for the role.

“Developing women’s and girls’ cricket is really important to K&DCC and it’s great to see
the game thriving across Warwickshire. Chloe will continue to work with and build upon
the dedicated work that’s been undertaken by many club volunteers over recent years.

“I know Chloe has exciting plans for the future and we’re looking forward to the start of
the season.”

Details of winter training and next season’s registration evening will be shared shortly. Find the latest updates here.
