Carlos wrote himself into the history books by hitting 4 successive sixes to finish off England in the last over of the 2016 World T20 Final. A hard hitting allrounder, who is the current Birmingham Bears T20 captain, has also represented the likes of the Sydney Sixes in the Big Bash and Delhi Daredevils in the IPL.

He has represented the West Indies on 89 occasions and is a powerhouse of the modern game.
